Delete my Beelang account

This is permanent: your account is erased, with everything tied to it, and cannot be recovered.

What is deleted

Your account and the ways you sign in: e-mail and password, Google, Yandex ID, VK ID
Your progress: XP, streak, lessons, Mémo cards
Your place and XP in the league
Your devices and reminders
Your profile: name, picture, country

What we keep

The records of your payments (amount, date, country), which the law requires us to keep for accounting — without your name or e-mail address.

Your subscription

A subscription paid on the website or in the app by card, PayPal or YooKassa is cancelled at once: no further payment. What is left of the period already paid is not refunded.

We cancel a Google Play subscription with Google. Afterwards, check in Google Play › Subscriptions that it no longer renews. Open Google Play › Subscriptions

Lifetime Beelang Plus access is lost with the account: it is not refunded and cannot be moved to another account.
